Thank you for shopping with Victoria Laurie’s official store. Each item is made to order, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because items are produced on demand, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or high shipping volume). If your package is significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at orders@victorialaurie.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Victoria Laurie’s shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@victorialaurie.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
