Returns & Exchanges Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise, returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective.

Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)
Digital Downloads
Gift cards
Sale items

We also do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or altered after delivery.

Exchanges
The fastest way to resolve an issue is to contact us directly. If eligible, we will arrange a replacement for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
