PEMpodcast began in 2022, right around the time when true crime podcasts were cropping up everywhere. The team at PEM believed we could create a podcast for true crime enthusiasts that would offer a bit of a twist; we’d differentiate ourselves from the norm by looking at the crime scene, the evidence, and the suspects through the lens of a professional psychic. After all, nothing leaves an imprint on the energy of a place more than a murder. That nefariously charged energy must go somewhere. It’s that psychic hunt for the shrapnel from the explosion of violence, emotion, rage, and fear that makes posing our intuitive theories about how the crime went down, and who we think is responsible, so compelling.
